This page has information on how to use our
shopping cart system to order, privacy information and return policies.
Shopping
Carts
Our site is divided into two separate shopping
carts. The first shopping cart will enable you to purchase and check out felt
products only. The felt products will be shipped from the Storyteller
national distribution center in Salem, Utah. They require sales tax to be
charged for each state. The second shopping cart will enable you to
purchase and check out Mini Travels Audio Adventures CD's (available now) and
Bible Basics CD's along with Curriculum (available June 2001). These items will
be produced and shipped locally, therefore state tax will only be charged to
California residents.
Privacy
& Security
You will be making a purchase on a secure
server through Merchant Online, our shopping cart provider. DotsTots.com
will not use the information provided for any reason than processing your order,
and informing you via e-mail, or postal mail when new products are available.
If you do not want to be informed when new products are available you can write
a note in the comments section of your order or return any e-mail asking to be
removed from our mailing list.
Part of the security for the
shopping cart is fraud protection. The fraud protection will verify the
address that your credit card bill is mailed to for payment (that will be your
address). Sometimes, as with all computer programs, this function
may not work correctly and will reject your purchase. If this happens please
call us. Do not resubmit your order, this may cause multiple
charges on your credit card. You may receive a rejected response from our
shopping cart but a charge may go against your card. Call us and we will
sort out the problem and make sure you get the products you would like.

Returns
Felt
Products
The Storyteller felt products carry a 30 Day
return policy. They must be returned in the original condition. This
means if you would like to return the products do not cut them out. If the
product is cut out we will not be able to accept them for return.
Audio
CD Products
We do not accept returns for
our audio products. We will replace damaged or defective CD's if they are
returned to us. We will not replace damaged or broken Jewel cases.
